The Bowens have hunted the fields and swamps of Georgia and the Southeast for generations. Bill was raised by him as a backwoodsman on the Savannah River, while John and Michael were taught to hunt and camp on the family farm in Enigma, Georgia and the Ocmulgee River. These experiences taught us to respect wildlife, hunt responsibly, and offer genuine Southern hospitality at every available opportunity.
Our calling is to pass on these values to future generations of hunters and outdoors enthusiasts. At Heritage Outdoors, we want to welcome guests the way we'd want to be welcomed: a friendly hello at the door, good service, and hot coffee, refreshments and a an area to relax and congregrate if you'd like to stay awhile.
It's all under one roof at Exit 64: hunting apparel and gear, boots, Southern clothing for the whole family, and a firearms counter where first-time buyers are as welcome as lifelong hunters.
